Without this process, a large number of impurities on the bottle sheet enter the main washing process, which will have two adverse effects. Fourth, the main washing is to remove the oil, glue and other difficult to remove stains on the bottle. The number of stains in this part is small, but the requirements for the process are relatively high. According to the traditional process requirements, the bottle must be stirred and cleaned in an aqueous solution of caustic soda at 95-98 ° C for more than 30 minutes to achieve the effect.

Five, rinsing is to remove the stains and cleaning agents that have been dissolved by cleaning agents on the bottle, this process is also very important, rinsing not clean bottle pieces, will turn yellow after baking.
